STRAPPING MACHINE
The automatic strapping machine is a machine designed for the closure and securing of boxes and containers using plastic strapping. It works integrated into the conveyor line, so that the boxes advance through the conveyor and, when passing through the strapping area, the machine automatically applies one or more turns of strapping, adjusting the tension according to the type of container and product.
This system reinforces the strength of the boxes, ensuring that they remain firm and stable during handling, storage and transport. In addition, its automatic operation reduces manual intervention, improving the efficiency and speed of the packaging process in fruit and vegetable plants.
The strapping machine can be configured for different box sizes, number of straps and tension levels, adapting to the requirements of each customer.
